Serves 4
Ingredients:
-Egg noodles
-3tbsp soy sauce
-4tbsp oil
-1tbsp salt
-1/2tbsp sugar
-3 garlic cloves
-4spring onions
-4 carrots
-150g/5oz bean sprouts(optional)
-500g chicken breast
1. Add 1tbsp of oil to a wok and heat the wok. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and add to the pan until and lightly fry.
2. Chop and add the spring onions to the pan. Crush the garlic and add to the wok.
4. Chop the carrots and bean sprouts and add the to wok and fry until they become soft.
5. Add 1 and half tbsp of soy sauce to the wok along with the salt and sugar. Stir and table of from the heat.
6. Boil some water and cook the noodles for 2-4minuites (read the packet to get the cooking details for the noodles). Once cooked drain the noodles add cold water and drain again. Then add oil to a new clean pan and the noodles. Add 2tbsp of soy sauce to the noodles.
To serve out the noodles on a plate and add the chicken mixture onto of the noodles.
