If you really want clear soft skin but just don't want to spend lots of money on expensive products then make your own at hom.
To make a face exfoliator add a spoonful of honey to half a spoonful of sugar and mix together, this will leave your skin clean and smooth.
To banish blemishes mix baking soda an water and apply directly to the spot abd when it hardens rinse of, repeat this for a few days and you'll soon see the results.
Also, to reduce redness and quick apply toothpaste to the spot and then after a coule of hours wash oh or leave overnight.
